The Nedogas plant is a LPG mechanical refrigeration plant, the first indigenous gas processing facility in Nigeria, strategically located in the Kwale axis of Delta State. The plant efficiently processes natural gas to produce methane (pipeline gas), propane, LPG, and condensate, utilising advanced mechanical refrigeration technology for optimal product recovery.

The plant is designed to process up to 25MMSCF/day of gas. The production from Obodugwa #1 which currently stands at about a quarter of the plant capacity will be totally utilized by the plant and additional make up gas will be provided from proposed new wells to be drilled by Energia as well as gas from a nearby operator based on prior agreements on gas gathering.

Ke field is situated onshore inside OML 55 – a block operated by Chevron Nigeria Limited on behalf of NNPC/ Chevron Joint Venture, but presently operated by Belema Oil Producing Ltd. OML 55 is located in the coastal swamp section of the Niger Delta sedimentary basin
